佳民集团(08519)附属租赁香港物业
佳民集团(08519)发布公告，于2023年12月20日，公司已接获日期为2023年12月1日（但由恒隆于2023年12月20日签署及交回）的租赁协议，据此，公司间接全资附属公司Top Glorification（作为租户）与恒隆（作为业主）就该物业订立租赁协议，自2023年11月1日起至2025年6月30日止（包括首尾两日），为期一年及八个月，以营运集团“都爹利会馆”商标下的餐厅。
该物业为中国香港中环都爹利街1号三楼及四楼。
