国银金租(01606)：王贵国担任独立非执行董事的任职资格获核准
国银金租(01606)发布公告，公司于今日获悉，国家金融监督管理总局深圳监管局已批准王贵国担任公司独立非执行董事的任职资格。委任王贵国为第三届董事会独立非执行董事自2023年12月20日起生效，并至第三届董事会任期届满之日为止。
此外，王贵国于2023年12月20日至第三届董事会任期届满之日止担任第三届董事会关联交易控制委员会主任、风险管理与内部控制委员会成员、审计委员会成员、薪酬委员会成员及提名委员会成员。
自2023年12月20日起，徐进不再履行独立非执行董事、关联交易控制委员会主任、风险管理与内部控制委员会成员、审计委员会成员、薪酬委员会成员及提名委员会成员职责。
