天津创业环保股份(01065)建议委任王永威为非执行董事
天津创业环保股份(01065)公布，董事会于2023年12月22日收到执行董事汲广林先生、执行董事李杨先生、执行董事景婉莹女士及非执行董事彭怡琳女士的书面辞职报告。因工作调整原因，汲广林先生申请辞去公司第九届董事会执行董事、战略委员会主席及提名委员会委员职务;李杨先生申请辞去公司第九届董事会执行董事、战略委员会委员及提名委员会委员职务;景婉莹女士申请辞去公司第九届董事会执行董事及审计委员会委员职务;彭怡琳女士申请辞去公司第九届董事会非执行董事及战略委员会委员职务。
此外，公司建议委任唐福生先生、潘光文先生及聂艳红女士为公司的执行董事，建议委任王永威先生为公司的非执行董事，任期自公司2024 年第一次临时股东大会批准之日起至公司第九届董事会期满(即2025年9月7日)。
