裕承科金(00279)拟出售民众卓越财富管理100%股权
裕承科金(00279)发布公告，于2023年12月21日，公司(作为卖方)拟向买方GSC Limited出售目标公司(民众卓越财富管理有限公司)的全部已发行股份，买方于完成时应付公司的总代价将为港币82.53万元。
于本公告日期，目标公司现为保险业监管局的持牌保险中介人(保险经纪公司)，可从事保险业条例项下受规管的长期业务(包括相连长期业务)，并主要从事提供保险经纪服务、财务规划及相关服务。
尽管随着2023年初中国香港与中国边境重新开放后中国香港与中国内地之间的业务活动逐步恢复，预期公司保险经纪业务的收入将有所改善，但鉴于目标公司的持续亏损状况，且目标公司仅获准从事长期业务(包括相连长期业务)，董事认为出售事项为集团透过裕承资产管理(其获准从事一般及长期业务(包括相连长期业务))精简及专注其现有保险经纪业务的良机，并令集团将其资源重新分配予裕承资产管理。
