中国卫生集团(00673)：针对公司提起的400万美元承兑票据的申索已被法院驳回
中国卫生集团(00673)发布公告，根据法院最近于2023年12月20日就第 2549&2569号诉讼作出的判决(该判决)，Capital Foresight针对公司提起的400万美元承兑票据的申索已被法院驳回。
在驳回HCA 2569/2017中Capital Foresight的400万美元承兑票据的申索时，法院认同并无协定的到期日，而未有就将发行的承兑票据的到期日达成任何协议属于一项缺陷。
关于HCA 2549/2017中公司的申索，法院认为公司未能证明有关事实及事项足以使法院推断 Capital Foresight协议、贷款票据以及公司与Capital Foresight之间和Capital Foresight与Li Hong 的唯一股东之间后续磋商的协议中存在私下安排，故此法院已驳回针对全部三名被告的申索。
