陆庆娱乐(08052)拟委任德博为新任核数师
陆庆娱乐(08052)发布公告，由于公司与国卫会计师事务所有限公司(国卫)未能就截至2023年12月31日止财政年度(2023年财政年度)的建议审核费用达成协议，故公司与国卫相互协定终止委任国卫为公司核数师，自2023年12月21日起生效。
根据审核委员会的推荐建议，董事会已议决委任德博会计师事务所有限公司(德博)为公司新任核数师，自2023年12月21日起生效，以填补终止国卫后的临时空缺。德博将任职至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
