上海医药(02607)将委任黄沛翘为联席公司秘书
上海医药(02607)发布公告，梁瑞冰因工作调整原因申请辞任公司联席公司秘书及公司条例(香港法例第622章)第16部项下代表公司于中国香港接收法律程序文件及通知的代理人(法律程序代理人)职务，自2024年2月20日起生效。
黄沛翘已获公司委任为联席公司秘书及法律程序代理人，自2024年2月20日起生效。钟涛将继续担任另一名联席公司秘书。
