新秀丽(01910)低开近4%，截止发稿跌3.9%，报24.65港元，成交额3427万港元。
消息面上，公司昨日发布公告，于2023年12月5日-2023年12月19日，该公司因合资格参与者及董事根据公司的股份奖励计划行使购股权而合计发行约42.67万股股份。
招银国际此前发布研报称，维持公司“买入”评级，3季度再创新高，目前估值具吸引力，目标价30港元。公司三季度营收/调整后净利润分别达到9.58亿美元/1.26亿美元，同增21.2%/93.9%，符合预期;得益于TUMI品牌29.3%的销售额增长，以及中国市场销售持续高表现。3季度毛利率为59.6%，调整后EBITDA利润率为20.3%，均达到历史新高。管理层指出，对比4Q19/4Q22，4季度销售额增长可实现高双位数/20%+增长，并预计2024年销售额实现低双位数增长。
