港股异动 | 开拓药业(09939)涨超5% 获董事会主席童友之增持50万股
开拓药业(09939)涨超5%，截止发稿涨5.81%，报1.64港元，成交额419万港元。
消息面上，昨日公司公布，童友之博士(为公司董事会主席、执行董事兼行政总裁)于2023年12月19日通过公开市场以自有资金合计共77.375万港元(平均成交价格为每股1.5475 港元)增持公司50万股股份。于本次增持事项后，公司仍旧维持已发行股份的充足公众持股量。
此前，公司KX-826 外用治疗男性雄激素性脱发(“脱发”或“AGA”)的中国III期临床试验已读出顶线数据。该项 III 期临床试验是一项多中心、随机、双盲、安慰剂对照的，以评估外用0.5%浓度每日使用两次KX-826治疗中国成年男性脱发患者的有效性和安全性。公司将继续分析该项III期临床试验的结果，并开展KX-826外用治疗脱发及痤疮的多项临床试验，持续探索KX-826上市的可能性。
