青岛港(06198)拟使用不超20亿元购买委托理财产品
青岛港(06198)发布公告，公司及其下属全资、控股子公司拟使用不超过人民币20亿元(包括2023年度已经有效授权但尚未到期的且需于下述授权期限内继续执行的委托理财额度，下同)购买委托理财产品(不得从事高风险金融衍生品投资)，投资期限自2024年1月1日至 2024年12月31日。
公司进行以获取未来收益、实现资产保值增值为目的的金融资产投资，包括但不限于：购买金融机构理财产品，进行债务类融资工具、信托计划、资产管理计划等金融投资，公司及其子公司经主管部门批准后从事的有价证券投资。
