青岛港(06198)拟为青港物流的期货交割库业务提供担保，担保额度不超21亿元
青岛港(06198)发布公告，经全体董事审议，公司拟为全资子公司青岛港国际物流有限公司的期货交割库业务提供担保，担保额度不超过人民币21亿元，根据担保合同约定范围承担保证责任，有效期自2024年1月1日至2024年12月31日。在最高限额内董事会授权公司董事长或总经理，全权决定并办理具体对外担保事项，授权期限自2024年1月1日至2024年12月31日。
截至本公告日，公司实际对全资子公司提供担保余额为人民币2.17亿元。
