中证国际(00943)主要股东梁松山转让公司17.21%股权予Low Thiam Herr
中证国际(00943)公布，2023年12月20日，公司主要股东梁松山已将约22.07亿股公司股份(约占公司现有已发行股份总数的17.21%)转让给公司及其关联方的独立第三方Low Thiam Herr。由 此，梁松山在该公司持股权益已由约42.335亿股股份(相当于公司已发行股份的33.01%)下降至约20.27亿股股份(相当于公司已发行股份的约15.80%)。而Low先生已持有约22.07亿股股份(相当于公司已发行股份的约17.21%)，并因此成为公司主要股东。
