中信建投证券(06066)为 CSCIF Asia Limited发行20亿元票据提供担保
中信建投证券(06066)公布，公司的间接全资附属公司 CSCIF Asia Limited(以下简称发行人或被担保人)作为发行主体，于 2020 年 7 月 21 日设立有担保的本金总额最高为 30 亿美元(或以其它货币计算的等值金额)的境外中期票据计划。发行人于 2023 年 12 月 19 日完成本次中票计划项下的发行工作，本次票据发行分为 3 期，发行总金额人民币 20 亿元。
公司于 2023 年 12 月 19 日作为担保人与信托人香港上海汇丰银行有限公司签署担保协议，为发行人本次票据项下的偿付义务提供无条件及不可撤销的连带责任保证担保(以下简称本次担保)。本次担保金额(含票据本金、利息等)为人民币 22.07 亿元，按 2023 年 12 月 19 日人民币兑美元汇率折算约为 3.11 亿美元。本次担保无反担保。
截至本次票据发行前，公司作为担保人，已为发行人本次中票计划项下存续票据之偿付义务提供无条件及不可撤销的连带责任保证担保。本次票据发行后，担保余额约为 18.28 亿美元(含本次担保)。
