方达控股(01521)公布，于2023年12月20日，该公司授出2628.5万份购股权以认购公司股份，购股权行使价为每股股份2.13港元。
其中，160万份购股权授予执行董事李松，140万份购股权授予行政总裁Abdul Mutlib。余下2328.5万份购股权授予并非公司董事、最高行政人员或主要股东或彼等各自的联系人的该集团员工。
