首创环境(03989)公布，曹国宪因年届退休年龄，已决定退任公司执行董事、董事会主席、提名委员会主席、会薪酬委员会成员、授权代表及法律程序文件代理人，自2023年12月20日起生效。
现任执行董事李伏京已由公司行政总裁调任为董事会主席、提名委员会主席、 薪酬委员会成员、授权代表及法律程序文件代理人，自2023年12月20日起生效。
现任执行董事黎青松已由公司执行总经理调任为行政总裁，以接替李伏京，自2023年12月20日起生效。
