环球战略集团(08007)发布公告，于2023年12月19日，该公司与配售代理订立配售协议，公司有条件同意透过配售代理按尽力基准向不少于6名身为或其最终实益拥有人身为独立第三方的承配人配售最多9117.2万股配售股份，配售价为每股配售股份 0.69港元。配售股份占扩大后的已发行股份总数约16.67%，配售价较12月19日收市价每股股份0.85港元折让约18.82%。
配售事项的最高所得款项净额估计约为6060万港元。公司拟将配售事项的所得款项净额用作补充集团的营运资金及偿付债券。
