日赢控股(01741)发盈警 预计年度取得亏损净额不超过400万港元
日赢控股(01741)发布公告，集团预期于截至2023年9月30日止年度将取得亏损净额不超过400万港元，而2022年同期则取得亏损净额约1.39亿港元。
公告称，预期截至2023年9月30日止年度亏损净额减少主要由于(i)截至2023年9月30日止年度就存在争议的一所学校重建项目并无进一步扣除收益及已确认的合约成本减少;(ii)集团承接更多建筑项目，导致截至2023年9月30日止年度已进行工程价值增加;及(iii)由于在中国的业务持续发展，集团于健康管理及资询业务贡献的收益增加。
