新华通讯频媒(00309)发布公告，谭杏贤女士已获委任为公司公司秘书，自2023年12月19日起生效，亦于同日担任根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条所规定的公司授权代表及根据香港法例第622章公司条例代表公司接受任何须于中国香港送达的法律程序文件或通知的公司授权代表。
