三爱健康集团(01889)发布公告，有关诉讼，如先前公告所披露，公司已于2021年1月22日就判决向北京市高级人民法院提出上诉。公司刚收到北京市高级人民法院就上诉所发出日期为2023年12月18日的民事裁定书。
根据民事裁定书(其中包括)，北京市第四中级人民法院的判决被驳回;及案件发还中级人民法院重审。
公司现正就民事裁定书寻求法律意见，并将根据上市规则于适当时候就有关进一步发展另行刊发公告。
