易点云(02416)根据2023年股份计划授出购股权及股份奖励
易点云(02416)发布公告，于2023年12月18日，根据公司将提呈公司股东大会审议采纳的2023年股份计划，公司分别向公司执行董事兼主要股东纪鹏程及张斌授出1440万份及960万份购股权，以认购公司股本中每股面值0.00005美元的普通股，惟须待承授人接纳购股权后、2023年股份计划生效后、股东于公司股东大会批准该等授出后及联交所上市委员会批准根据2023年股份计划授出的所有奖励而可能须予配发及发行的股份的上市及买卖后，方可作实。
于2023年12月18日，根据公司将提呈公司股东大会审议采纳的2023年股份计划，公司分别向公司执行董事向征先生授出240万份购股权及20.75万份股份奖励，及向公司执行董事向往先生授出240万份购股权及32.04万份股份奖励，以认购公司股本中每股面值0.00005美元的普通股，惟须待承授人接纳购股权及股份奖励后、2023年股份计划生效后、联交所上市委员会批准根据2023年股份计划授出的所有奖励而可能须予配发及发行的股份的上市及买卖后，方可作实。
