丽珠医药(01513)拟注销36.1万份股票期权
丽珠医药(01513)发布公告，鉴于首次授予的25名激励对象因个人原因离职，已不符合激励条件，根据激励计划的“第十三章公司或激励对象发生异动的处理”的规定，以及临时股东大会、A股类别股东会及H股类别股东会授权董事会办理激励计划相关事宜，公司拟对25名激励对象所持有的已获授但不符合行权条件的36.1万份股票期权进行注销。
经过本次注销后，首次授予的股票期权数量由1797.35万份调整为1761.25万份，首次授予激励对象人数由1026名调整为1001名。
