星光文化(01159)发布公告，星光文化娱乐集团有限公司宣布委任何俊升为公司财务总监兼联席公司秘书，自2023年12月18日起生效，以接替李佳佳，李先生因他的其他事务已辞任公司联席公司秘书，自2023年12月18日起生效。何先生负责集团整体财务及会计事务、库务管理及风险管理以及公司整体公司秘书事务。
