来凯医药-B(02105)午后涨近10%，股价暂现五连阳，累计涨幅超43%。截至发稿，涨6.55%，报19.86港元，成交额1095.19万港元。
消息面上，来凯医药近日于2023年圣安东尼奥乳腺癌研讨会(SABCS)上的壁报突出报道环节发表一项Ib期的结果，该旨在评估afuresertib(LAE002，一种口服泛AKT抑制剂)和fulvestrant治疗标准治疗失败的局部晚期或转移性HR+/HER2-乳腺癌患者的疗效和安全性。
初步资料显示，对于1–2线标准治疗后出现疾病进展的局部晚期或转移性HR+/HER2-乳腺癌患者，afuresertib加氟维司群联合治疗具有良好的疗效和安全性。华创证券此前指出，公司AKT抑制剂afuresertib成药性高，有望于年内完成国际多中心注册，销售峰值有望达到5-10亿美元。
