洛阳钼业(03993)完成发行7亿元绿色超短期融资券
洛阳钼业(03993)发布公告，根据中国银行间市场交易商协会于2023年11月15日出具的中市协注[2023]SCP483号《接受注册通知书》，交易商协会接受公司超短期融资券的注册。通知书中明确：公司本次超短期融资券注册金额为人民币60亿元，注册额度自通知书发出之日起2年内有效(自2023年11月15日起)。公司在注册有效期内可分期发行超短期融资券，发行完成后，应通过交易商协会认可的途径披露发行结果。
近日，公司发行了2023年度第二期绿色超短期融资券，债券简称23栾川钼业SCP002(绿色)，实际发行总额人民币7亿元，发行利率2.5%，发行价格(百元面值)人民币100元╱百元面值。
