狮子山集团(01127)：预期除牌Quarto股份将会由2024年1月18日起生效
狮子山集团(01127)发布公告，于2023年12月14日举行的Quarto特别大会上，批准取消Quarto股份列入伦敦证券交易所官方名单的高级市场及于伦敦证券交易所上市证券主板市场交易的资格的决议案已获通过。
Quarto确认，于本公布日期，预期取消Quarto股份于官方名单的上市地位一事将会由2024年1月18日起生效。
