荟萃国际(控股)(08041)附属与香港猫全球电商平台订立引荐协议
荟萃国际(控股)(08041)发布公告，于2023年12月14日，公司的全资附属公司荟萃网上与运营商香港猫全球电商平台有限公司订立引荐协议，据此，荟萃网上将向运营商管理及运营的全球跨境电子商务平台“香港猫”引荐潜在商户，积极支持香港商品透过平台服务于大湾区，从而取得服务费，服务费按成功引荐商户所产生的相关收入计算。
根据运营商所提供的资料，平台善用数位应用程式为供应链及品牌拥有人提供服务，以匹配商家的品牌及产品。平台协助商户开设电子商店及推广品牌产品，以致海外产品由香港跨境销往中国内地。与此同时，中国内地品牌产品获引入香港本地市场，并跨境销往海外市场。香港猫一直致力于发展跨境电商，经过多年的发展，已经积累了强大的客户基础。平台产品种类不断丰富及市场规模进一步扩大。
于2023年12月14日，公司与运营商订立一份谅解备忘录。根据谅解备忘录，公司将就平台与运营商合作，向平台商户提供融资便利。合作详情须待进一步协商并签署正式协议后，方可作实。谅解备忘录并无就建议合作对订约方设立具法律约束力的责任。
