微创医疗(00853)：心脉医疗科技拟配发合共1074.81万股新A股 净筹约18.09亿元
微创医疗(00853)发布公告，心脉医疗科技已与17名认购人订立认购协议，彼等为证券投资基金管理公司、证券公司、证券公司资产管理计划、合格境外机构投资者、私募投资基金、保险公司资管产品以及其他符合中国证监会规定的合资格投资者。根据认购协议，心脉医疗科技已同意配发及发行而认购人已同意认购合共1074.81万股新A股。
于认购事项完成后，集团拥有的心脉医疗科技已发行股本将由约46.34%摊薄至约40.32%。认购事项所得款项总额将为约人民币18.09亿元。
