中国东方航空股份(00670)：拟开展2024年度套期保值业务
中国东方航空股份(00670)发布公告，为对冲美元负债公允价值汇兑风险，防范汇率大幅波动带来的不良影响，公司对2024年底美元带息负债进行预计，设定了2024年度美元负债公允价值汇兑的对冲上限;此外，为对冲现金流汇兑风险，进一步提升管理能效，公司锁定了2024年度美元现金流汇兑的交易头寸上限。
航油成本作为公司最大的运营成本之一，其价格波动对公司效益有着重大影响。采用套期保值管理价格风险，能够部分对冲油价上涨对公司经营造成的不利影响。公司2024年度航油套期保值工作计划以公司2024年至2026年三年计划用油量为基础制定，根据实际情况及后市研判择机开展套期保值工作。
公司2024年度新增美元汇率套期保值上限不超过15亿美元，新增美元现金流套期保值上限不超过19亿美元，新增航油套期保值总量不超过公司2024至2026年三年平均预计航油使用量的20%(即1341万桶)，全年新增开展的套期保值总金额不超过公司最近一个会计年度经审计净资产的50%(即人民币145.40亿元或等值外币)，预计动用的交易保证金和权利金上限不超过人民币14.54亿元或等值外币。
