港股异动 | 长和系集体走高 长江基建(01038)涨超7% 长和重组英国铁路车辆租赁业务架构
长和系集体走高，截至发稿，长江基建集团(01038)涨7.04%，报42.55港元；电能实业(00006)涨5.42%，报43.75港元；长实集团(01113)涨1.34%，报37.9港元；长和(00001)涨1.01%，报39.85港元。
消息面上，长江基建及电能实业公布，由长和系内多间公司持有的英国铁路车辆租赁公司UK Rails，将进行重组，据此长建、电能、长和及长实将透过子公司认购UK Rails总值逾107亿元新股，认购价各自以抵消其可追收款项之方式支付，因此不涉现金。此次交易旨在重组架构。
公告指，交易精简企业架构，减少Eversholt UK Rails内控股公司层级的数目，以便更易管理，并有利为未来铁路资产投资造就更灵活的融资架构。股份认购将确保长和、长建、电能及长实在Eversholt UK Rails集团持有的实际权益占比维持不变。
