港股异动 | 碧桂园(02007)早盘涨超9% 拟以30.7亿元悉售珠海万达商管1.79%股权
碧桂园(02007)早盘涨超9%，截至发稿，涨7.79%，报0.83港元，成交额3558.34万港元。
消息面上，碧桂园公告，12月13日，碧桂园方、万达商管集团及珠海万赢订立协议。间接全资附属金逸环球向珠海万赢或万达方指定方，出售所持珠海万达商业管理集团的1.79%股权，代价为30.69亿元人民币。于出售事项完成后，集团将不再于珠海万达商管拥有任何权益。
此外，据蓝鲸财经报道，记者从接近资本市场人士获悉，碧桂园新用于兑付“22碧地02”本息的资金来源于其出售珠海万达商管股权所得，“该只债券为CDS债券，当时应是用珠海万达商管股权做的抵押，如今刚好出售了，就可用来兑付该笔债券。”
