和嘉控股(00704)与能源科技签署和解协议
和嘉控股(00704)发布公告，有关能源科技违反退款协议的民事诉讼，公司已于2023年12月1日，在山西省吕梁市中级人民法院调解下，与能源科技协定同意达成并签署和解协议，并于2023年12月13日通过司法确认生效。山西省吕梁市中级人民法院于同日出具民事裁定书，其中写明：当事人应当按照调解协议的约定自觉履行义务。一方当事人拒绝履行或者未全部履行，对方当事人可以向人民法院申请执行。
能源科技将根据和解协议分期向公司偿还协议项下的款项。截至2023年12月1日贸易退款及补偿款分别为1150万美元及约人民币7800万，合计约1.75亿港元。
