张爱明及范东已获公司雇员大会选举为雇员董事，其亦担任执行董事。他们的任期为三年，自2023年12月14日起生效，任期届满后可膺选连任。
于临时股东大会上重选罗韶颖后，他亦仍为董事会主席。
董事会亦欣然宣布，谭亮已获公司雇员大会重选为监事。其任期为三年，自2023年12月14日起生效，任期届满后可膺选连任。
