聚利宝控股(08527)附属与四间公司订立区域总品牌特许协议
聚利宝控股(08527)发布公告，于2023年12月13日，该公司间接全资附属公司JC Global Concepts Pte Ltd(特许人)与中国四间公司，即安美赫生物科技(舟山)有限公司;合肥市卤叨叨餐饮管理有限公司;广东美舒达科技有限公司及中农裕坤(广东)供应链有限公司(统称“特许持有人”)订立区域总品牌特许协议。
根据特许协议，特许人授予特许持有人在五年合约期和协定的地域内以特许人品牌的名义经营餐饮相关或延伸业务的权利。特许持有人须向特许人支付区域总特许费、品牌使用费及其他相关费用。
董事会相信，订立特许协议将使集团在公司日常业务过程中拓展其业务，此符合集团的业务发展战略。
