千盛集团控股(08475)发布公告，周君奇已辞任公司执行董事、董事会主席、公司行政总裁及香港联合交易所有限公司GEM证券上市规则第5.24条项下的授权代表，自2023年12月13日起生效，以投入更多时间于其他工作安排。
此外，执行董事李俊健已获委任为主席及授权代表，自2023年12月13日起生效。
