荣万家(02146)：刘景睿获委任为法律程序文件代理人
荣万家(02146)发布公告，钟明辉已辞任根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第19A.13(2)条及香港法例第622章《公司条例》第16部规定在香港代表公司接受法律程序文件及通知的公司授权代表(法律程序文件代理人)，自2023年12月13日起生效。钟明辉停止担任法律程序文件代理人后将继续留任公司公司秘书及根据上市规则第3.05条的公司授权代表。
此外，刘景睿已获委任为法律程序文件代理人，自2023年12月13日起生效。
