海尔智家(06690)拟注销约86.01万份股票期权
海尔智家(06690)发布公告，1名预留授予期权的激励对象因离职，已不再属于激励对象的范围，公司拟注销该1名预留授予期权的对象已获授的期权16.5088万份。
2021年激励计划预留授予部分股票期权第一个行权期设定的业绩条件已经达成，该行权期内的69.4984万份股票期权可以行权，可行权期间为 2022年12月16日至2023年12月15日。但因公司股价表现等原因，可行权期内已无合适的行权窗口，因此激励对象自愿无条件放弃2021年激励计划预留授予部分第一个行权期对应的股票期权的行权，公司同意对其该期已获授但尚未行权的69.4984万份股票期权进行注销。
综上，本次合计拟注销86.0072万份股票期权。
