雅迪控股(01585)发布公告，该公司董事会谨此宣布，已获执行董事兼公司控股股东钱静红告知，于2023年12月13日，钱女士及公司一名控股股东全资拥有的公司方圆投资有限公司按平均价每股约13.65港元，于公开市场购入合共21.6万股公司股份。紧随购股事项后，方圆持有5.14亿股股份。
