君实生物(01877)终止实施 2022 年限制性股票激励计划
君实生物(01877)公布，2023 年 12 月 6 日，公司召开第三届董事会第二十五次会议和第三届监事会第二十次会议，审议通过了《关于终止实施 2022 年限制性股票激励计划的议案》。
公告称，因本次激励计划塬定第一个考核期间已过，且当前宏观状况、行业市场环境较公司推出本次激励计划时发生较大变化，继续实施本次激励计划将难以达到激励对象积极参与和全面激励的效果。为充分落实对员工的有效激励，保障广大投资者的合法权益，从公司长远发展和员工切身利益出发，经审慎，公司决定终止实施本次激励计划。与之相关的《公司 2022 年限制性股票激励计划(草案)》及《公司 2022 年限制性股票激励计划实施考核管理办法》等配套文件一并终止。
基于对公司未来发展的信心，公司将根据相关法律法规规定，结合公司实际情况，择机推出更加切实有效的股权激励计划，扩大激励对象范围，促进公司健康发展，实现股东、员工与公司多方共赢。
