中铝国际(02068)拟使用闲置自有资金购买银行结构性存款
中铝国际(02068)发布公告，公司董事会会议审议通过了《关于使用闲置自有资金进行现金管理的议案》。为提高公司资金收益，实现股东利益最大化，在保证公司日常生产经营运行及项目建设等各种资金需求的前提下，公司拟使用闲置自有资金购买银行结构性存款。现金管理金额：最高额度不超过人民币20亿元(时点余额);期限：2023年12月9日—2024年12月8日。
