迪诺斯环保(01452)附属与永赢金融租赁订立融资租赁协议
迪诺斯环保(01452)发布公告，于2023年10月25日，出租人(永赢金融租赁有限公司)与承租人(北京迪诺斯环保科技有限公司)订立融资租赁协议，承租人同意以代价人民币500万元将租赁资产出售予出租人;及出租人同意将租赁资产回租予承租人，租期为24个月，租赁付款总额约为人民币536.29万元，其中包括融资租赁本金500万元及融资租赁利息人民币36.29万元。
据悉，租赁资产是一╱二级乾燥及焙烧网带窑设备、蜂窝型催化剂电加热网带式煅烧炉、电加热网带式热风乾燥炉以及单工位上给料定量涂覆机及自动化生产线配套系统。
