帝国金融集团(08029)拟按“2供1”基准进行供股 最高净筹约4410万港元
帝国金融集团(08029)发布公告，公司建议以供股方式按于记录日期合资格股东每持有2股现有股份获发1股供股股份的基准，按每股供股股份0.04港元的认购价发行最多11.42亿股供股股份，借以筹集所得款项总额约4570万港元。
供股估计所得款项净额将约为4410万港元，公司拟根据下述次序动用所得款项净额：500万港元如2023年11月8日所公佈用作发展新业务，即制造及销售可携式电子装置和家用电器;所得款项净额500万港元拨充集团营运资金;及余下约3410万港元用作偿还承兑票据。
