天彩控股(03882)发布公告，王健已辞任公司独立非执行董事的职务，并分别不再担任公司审核委员会、薪酬委员会及提名委员会的成员，自2023年12月8日起生效，以便其能将更多时间投入专注他的事务。
刘伟梁已获委任为独立非执行董事及分别担任审核委员会、薪酬委员会及提名委员会成员，自2023年12月8日起生效。
根据《公司条例》(香港法例第622章)第16部公司的公司秘书朱沛祺已获委任为代表公司于香港接受送达文件及通知的授权代表接替徐静，自2023年12月1日起生效。徐静于2022年11月1日获委任为法律程序文件代理人，现已不再担任法律程序文件代理人，自2023年12月1日起生效。
