首创环境(03989)：刘延军及练少娥获委任为联席公司秘书
首创环境(03989)发布公告，自2023年12月8日起，王冰妮不再担任(i)公司秘书;(ii) 根据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条委任的公司授权代表;及(iii)根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部代表公司于香港接收法律程序文件及通知的公司授权代表。
刘延军及练少娥已获委任为公司的联席公司秘书，任期自2023年12月8日起生效。练女士亦已获委任为授权代表及法律程序文件代理人，以接替王女士，自2023年12月8日起生效。
