佳民集团(08519)发布公告，普伦国际融资有限公司(前称天泰金融服务有限公司)(可进行证券及期货条例项下所界定第6类(就机构融资提供意见)受规管活动的持牌法团)已获委任为独立财务顾问，以就要约向独立董事委员会提供意见，尤其是要约是否公平及合理以及应否接纳要约。该委任已根据收购守则规则 2.1获独立董事委员会批准。
