喜相逢集团(02473)拟斥资8900万元收购福州一幅土地用于建造一座办公楼
喜相逢集团(02473)公布，于2023年12月8日，福建喜盾(该公司间接全资附属公司)与福州市自然资源和规划局订立《土地使用权出让合同》，以代价为人民币8900万元(相当于约9780万港元)收购该土地的土地使用权。
据悉，该土地位于中国福建省福州市湖塘路以北、福兴大道以西，福兴经开区钢材市场及周边B2-1-A出让地块，地块编号为2023–24。总用地面积为12,045平方米，土地容积率为2.0至3.0。该土地拟用于建造一座办公楼，以满足该集团员工日常办公和运营的需要。
