中国升海集团(01676)完成配售2400万股配售股份 净筹约4230万港元
中国升海集团(01676)发布公告，配售协议所载的所有条件已获达成，而配售事项已于2023年12月8日完成。根据配售协议的条款，合共2400万股配售股份(相当于公司紧随完成后经配发及发行配售股份扩大后的已发行股本约16.67%)已按配售价每股配售股份1.80港元成功配售予不少于六名承配人。
配售事项的所得款项净额(经扣除配售佣金及就配售事项产生的其他相关开支后)约为4230万港元，拟作以下用途：约1200万港元用作员工开支、专业费用及其他总部开支，预期将于2024年12月底前悉数动用;约800万港元用作偿还债权证，预期将于2023年12月底前悉数动用;及约2230万港元用作货品采购/按金、市场推广及宣传开支，以及集团现有业务的企业发展，预期将于2024年6月底前悉数动用。
