大唐新能源(01798)：刘光明拟辞任执行董事、董事长等职务
大唐新能源(01798)公布，因工作调整，刘光明先生拟辞任该公司执行董事、董事长及董事会战略委员会主席的职务，以及刘全成先生拟辞任公司非执行董事及董事会薪酬与考核委员会委员的职务，彼等卸任自公司股东大会委任新任董事之日起生效。同时，因工作调整，刘光明先生拟辞任公司总经理，其卸任自董事会委任新任总经理之日起生效。
此外，李凯先生及王方红先生分别获提名为公司执行董事候选人，自股东大会上获股东批准之日起生效。
