兖矿能源(01171)以37.17亿元竞得内蒙古自治区霍林河矿区一号井田煤炭资源详查探矿权
兖矿能源(01171)发布公告，2023年10月19日，内蒙古自治区公共资源交易中心发布《内蒙古自治区霍林河矿区一号井田煤炭资源详查探矿权挂牌出让公告》，内蒙古自治区自然资源厅委托内蒙古自治区公共资源交易中心，实施内蒙古自治区霍林河矿区一号井田煤炭资源详查探矿权挂牌出让。经公司总经理办公会审议批准，公司参与了上述探矿权挂牌出让竞拍，于2023年12月8日以人民币37.17亿元报价竞得，并与内蒙古自治区公共资源交易中心签订了《矿业权挂牌出让成交确认书》。
此次竞得内蒙古自治区霍林河矿区一号井田煤炭资源详查探矿权，符合公司发展战略，进一步增加公司煤炭资源储量，有利于提高公司核心竞争力和持续盈利能力，确保公司可持续发展。
探矿权出让结果公示期为2023年12月11日上午9：00至2023年12月22日下午17：00，公示期满无异议后，公司将与内蒙古自治区自然资源厅签订《探矿权出让合同》，并办理探矿权许可证及探矿权转采矿权等手续。
