再见，安信证券
12月8日，国投资本发布公告称，国投资本股份有限公司全资子公司安信证券股份有限公司（以下简称“安信证券”）的企业名称变更为“国投证券股份有限公司”（以下简称“国投证券”），并于近日取得深圳市市场监督管理局换发的《营业执照》。
公告称，安信证券更名是基于其战略定位、品牌规划与自身发展的需要，未来将强化股东赋能和产融协同，努力把国投证券打造成为国投特色的金融品牌名片。此次名称变更不涉及股权变动，不会对公司及安信证券的经营及财务状况产生不利影响。
