国泰航空(00293)购买六架空中巴士 A350F 型飞机
国泰航空(00293)发布公告，该公司全资附属CPAS 与空中巴士公司于本公告日期订立2023年修订协议，根据该协议，CPAS 与空中巴士公司分别同意购买及售出六架空中巴士 A350F 型飞机;及CPAS 取得购买额外二十架空中巴士A350F 型飞机的权利。
空中巴士飞机将扩充公司机队的可运载量。该等飞机将主要服务北美、南美及欧洲的长途航点。公司预期空中巴士飞机将以具有竞争力的运营成本，日渐提升公司机队的效益和性能。董事局认为交易的条款乃属公平合理，且符合公司股东的整体利益。
